Dear Coach:

You and your team are invited to the Victor- Penfield His & Her Invitational Track & field Meet which will be held on Saturday, May 3 at the Victor High School Track. Victor is this year’s host of the Class BB and Class B Section V championships. Enclosed is information regarding this meet, which year in and year out has proven to be one of the finest meets in Section V. We will continue with the finals only format, with all races being timed finals, as we will be using a fully automatic timing system.

Entry Limits: Two athletes per event

One relay per school, you may list up to six names on your relay entry

An athlete may do 4 events .

Coaches Meeting at 12:30 in the on the infield

Pole Vaulters must bring a copy of their vaulting pole verification forms
Weight implements will be weighed beginning at 12:30 and ending at 1:30
Fully Automatic Timing for all running events.
Spikes: 1/8^th inch showing. If shoe has a recessed spike plate, then ¼” pin spikes are permissible. Acceptable spikes and spike wrenches will be on sale at the meet.
Parking: All buses will be parked in the North Parking Lot. Cars may park in the lower lots near the track.

Team Trophies – 1 – 5 ( Combined Scoring Boys and Girls)

MVP Track ( Male/ Female) and MVP Field (Male/Female)

Entry Fees: $75. per single sex team, $120.00 if you are entering both a boys and girls

team. If entering only one or two athletes, the cost is $15.00 per

Individual, $20.00 per relay.
